A four-year-old Kentucky rye whiskey bottled at cask strength, 56.8% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It is a small batch blend of high rye and low rye mash bills.
The nose layers brandied cherry over a mildly tart cherry, then opens with time to cinnamon and baking spices, with a little oak. The palate is robust and weighty, with dark cherry, burnt vanilla and plenty of spice. The finish is long and led by spice, with the cherry pushing through.
