This is a 10 year old single malt from Glentauchers, bottled by WM Cadenhead. The whisky matured in a mix of casks: half bourbon, a quarter Manzanilla sherry and a quarter Oloroso.
Orange marmalade, lemon sherbet and brown toast show on the nose. The palate offers dried fruits, malted rye bread and sticky toffee pudding, and the finish brings creme brulee, golden raisins and fruit and nut chocolate.
