Wolfburn – 2026 Anniversary Series 12 Year Old Single Cask (70cl, 55.2%)

This is the 2026 Anniversary Series single cask from Wolfburn, a 12-year-old single malt in a 70cl bottle at 55.2% ABV. The series is released each Burns Night to mark 25 January 2013, when spirit first flowed again at the distillery. The 2026 edition celebrates 13 years since that return and is the fourth release. Cask No. 811 was filled in December 2013 and picked by the Production Manager. It matured in Warehouse No. 1 and gave 874 bottles at natural cask strength. It is non-chill-filtered and natural colour. The nose offers golden syrup on toast with soft oak. The palate is creamy, with dates, raisins and treacle under soft floral notes, and the finish stays sweet.
