Wolfburn – Morven Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Wolfburn Morven is a lightly peated single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The malted barley is dried with smoke, a nod to the original nineteenth-century Wolfburn distillery, which was largely fired by peat. On the nose it opens smoky, with hints of fruit and sea air, then vanilla and oak shavings. The palate is floral at first, followed by raisins and light spice, with malty flavours and a soft honey sweetness at the finish.
