Wolfburn Northland is a single malt Scotch whisky at 46% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in American oak quarter casks, and both maturation and bottling take place on site at the distillery. It marks the first chapter in the history of Wolfburn.
The nose opens sweet, with fruit and fresh sea air, then citrus, cereal and a trace of peat smoke. On the palate, sweet, nutty tones lead, with grapes and honey behind them, floral flavours and a hint of dried fruit and spice.
