Wolfcraig 30 Year Old Premium Blend (70cl)

A 30 year old blended malt Scotch from Wolfcraig, in a 70cl bottle. It is the first Wolfcraig release, produced as 1472 bottles and blended jointly by master blenders Richard Paterson and Ian Macmillan. The blend draws on parcels from all five Scotch whisky regions, with the Highlands and Speyside prominent. It was then married in aged Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Bodega San Andres in Jerez de la Frontera before bottling. The nose is described as Seville orange marmalade, creamy caramel, Manuka honey and lemon drizzle cake, followed by banana bread, pineapple and caramelised pear. On the palate come maple syrup and bitter chocolate.
