Wolves x Willett 10 Year Old Straight Rye Whisky (70cl, 51.5%)

Wolves x Willett is a 10-year-old straight rye whisky, a collaboration between Willett Family Estate and Wolves Whiskey. It is a blend of two sets of barrels, bottled at 103 proof in a 70cl bottle. Willett chose 10-year-old Kentucky rye barrels. Wolves selected rye barrels aged for 7 years in Indiana and then for a further 3 years in Northern California, which softened the rye spice. The nose offers orange peel, caramel, cinnamon, baking spice, chocolate and raspberry jam. On the palate are gingerbread, tobacco, toasted nuts and caramel candy. The finish is lingering vanilla and caramel sweetness with a pop of spice and a velvety mouthfeel.
