Wolves x Willett Straight Rye Whiskey (51.5%)

This straight rye is a collaboration between Wolves Whiskey and the Willett Family Estate, released as a limited edition at 51.5% ABV (103 proof). It combines a 10-year-old Kentucky rye, made from 51% rye, 34% corn and 15% malted barley, with a 10-year-old Indiana rye of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, which was aged for a further three years in Northern California. The label carries the Willett family's bird and crown emblem. The nose brings orange peel, caramel, cinnamon, baking spice, chocolate and raspberry jam. The palate offers gingerbread, tobacco, toasted nuts and caramel candy, and the finish is lingering vanilla and caramel with a pop of spice.
