A straight bourbon whiskey from Wood Family Spirits, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) as a limited edition for the 100th anniversary of Multnomah Falls Lodge in Oregon.
The label shows the lodge and the waterfall that has welcomed visitors since 1925.
The nose combines vanilla, caramel and toasted oak with a hint of spice. On the palate there is smooth caramel sweetness, light nutty undertones and gentle spice. The finish is long, warm and slightly sweet, with lingering oak.
