Columbia Bourbon is a straight bourbon whiskey distilled and bottled in Oregon by Wood Family Spirits. It is bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 750ml bottle, and takes its name from the Columbia River that flows through the region.
The nose is toasted oak, vanilla and a hint of caramelised sugar. The palate has corn sweetness, baking spice and charred oak, with a touch of dark fruit. The finish is long and warming, with a lingering spice.
