Woodinville Straight Rye Whiskey Aged 8 Years is a limited-edition rye made from 100% rye grain grown in Washington's Cascade Mountains. It is pot distilled and aged for eight years in heavy-char new American oak barrels.
It is bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV, and each bottle is individually numbered. It received a Platinum award at the 2025 ASCOT Awards.
The nose has toasted rye bread, dark cherry and leather, with hints of cocoa and black pepper. The palate is bold and spicy, with molasses, clove, cinnamon and charred oak, balanced by dark fruit and toffee. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice, caramel and subtle herbal notes.
