Woodinville – Straight Bourbon 10 Year Old Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Woodinville Straight Bourbon 10 Year Old is a Washington bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 50%. It is the final release in the distillery's Harvest Release series. The mash bill is 55% corn, 35% rye and 10% malted barley. The bourbon spent ten years in heavily toasted, lightly charred new American oak, made from staves seasoned in the open air for 24 months, in the distillery's barrelhouses at Quincy, Washington. The notes describe deep caramel, dark cherry and toasted oak around a core of clove and cinnamon bark, with cocoa and roasted nuts, and a long, warm, peppery finish.
