An Irish whiskey finished in Japanese Mizunara oak, from a single cask. The oak comes from the foothills of Mount Fuji and is used here on a triple distilled Irish single pot still whiskey married with Irish single malt.
It is bottled at cask strength, 55% ABV, and is non-chill-filtered.
The nose offers green fruit, apple and pear, over a distinctive pot still base. On the palate, vanilla and clove give way to sandalwood, coconut and Japanese incense.
