A high-proof, unaged mezcal from Oaxaca made from 100% Espadín agave using traditional artisanal methods. The agave is roasted in underground pit ovens, crushed and naturally fermented, then double-distilled in copper stills. Its higher proof and concentrated cut capture more of the agave's natural oils and intensity. It is suited to cocktails where the proof carries through dilution, and to neat sipping for those who enjoy intensity and smoke.
