A Highland single malt from Tullibardine, aged for 18 years in bourbon casks and bottled at a natural cask strength of 53.4% in a 35cl bottle. The colour is a typical golden yellow.
The nose combines gentle vanilla, honey and crème brûlée with ripe yellow fruit such as pear, apple and a hint of apricot, plus light wood, caramel and a touch of citrus. The palate is creamy and full, with vanilla pudding, toasted almonds, honey and a little white pepper. The finish is medium to long, with dry oak, vanilla, a trace of grapefruit peel and soft spice.
