Yamazakura Blended Peated (70cl)

Yamazakura Blended Peated is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle, made at the Asaka distillery in Fukushima from grain whisky and peated malt. It is matured for at least 3 years in oak casks that previously held bourbon and sherry. The name joins yama, meaning mountain, and sakura, meaning cherry tree. The nose is delicate, with smoke and vanilla, and the palate is elegant, with peat, citrus and spice.
