A straight bourbon from the Yellow Rose distillery in Houston, Texas, made only with Texas-grown grain. The mash bill includes 25% rye alongside corn and malted barley, and the spirit is distilled in a pot still in Houston before ageing for around 30 months.
On the palate it shows white pepper, banana and creamy vanilla. The finish is medium in length, with mint, pepper, banana and vanilla woven together. Sold in a 70cl bottle.
