Yellow Rose Outlaw Bourbon is a Texas bourbon in a 70cl bottle, made from 100% Texan yellow corn and distilled in a pot still.
It is bottled at 46% and matured in small new oak casks in Houston. Temperature swings there lead to an angel's share of 15% a year, against about 2% in Scotland.
The notes are warm caramel and vanilla with a floral touch.
