Penelope Marshmallow Toast is an Indiana straight bourbon from the brand's Toasted Series, in a 75cl bottle.
It is fully matured in charred new American oak barrels, then finished in a new, hand-toasted barrel, which adds deep notes of vanilla. The bourbon is non-chill-filtered.
On the nose it is brown sugar and cinnamon pastry. The palate brings vanilla and graham cracker with hints of dried cherry, and the finish is savoury roasted marshmallow with a little spice.
