Yellow Rose Premium American Whiskey is a blend of American whiskeys from a small-production distillery in Houston, Texas, sold in a 70cl bottle. It takes its name from Emily West, the Yellow Rose of Texas.
The whiskeys mature in Texas, where the warm climate speeds up ageing in the cask. The head distiller aims for a distinctive flavour rather than a particular age.
It is a deep golden colour, with a light nose of banana and caramel. The palate brings candied fruit.
