Yellow Spot is a 12 year old single pot still Irish whiskey from the Spot family. The Spot whiskeys trace back to Mitchell & Son, one of the last remaining wine merchants and whiskey bonders in Ireland. At the time, the Jameson distillery sold its new make spirit to bonders, who matured it in wine and fortified wine casks. Mitchell & Son built a reputation for some of the best single pot still Irish whiskey in the capital.
