Yellowstone 2023 Limited Edition is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV) in a 75cl bottle.
It blends bourbons aged for 7, 13 and 16 years, then finishes them in Tokaji casks. Tokaji is a traditional sweet wine from Northern Hungary, made only from white wine grapes.
The nose offers honey, green grapes and freshly baked cinnamon. On the palate, dry spice leads to caramel, dark cherry, citrus and white pepper. The finish brings dry tobacco, honeysuckle and smoky oak.
