Yellowstone American Single Malt Whiskey is an American single malt named after the national park. It draws on seven generations of distilling experience. The nose is cereal malt and honey with a hint of peach blossom. On the palate it is sweet and medium in body, with honey, pear, stone fruit and dates. The finish is oak with subtle cinnamon and English walnuts.
