Yellowstone Select is a Kentucky straight bourbon from a label whose roots go back to 1872. The brand has been revived since 2014 and is run by the brothers Steve and Paul Beam of Limestone Branch, direct descendants of William Dant, a key figure in its early history. The bourbon combines Limestone Branch's own 4-year-old distillate with a 7-year-old Kentucky bourbon whose origin is undisclosed. It is described as a higher-rye blend, though the mash bill is kept private. It is bottled at 93 proof, or 46.5%, in a 750ml bottle.
