Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 46.5%)

Yellowstone Select is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey at 93 proof, in a 750ml bottle. It was created by seventh-generation distillers Paul and Steve Beam, who blended sweet, spicy and smoky bourbons. The nose has leather and dried fruit, with a slight hint of citrus and smoky oak. The palate is spicy rye with dried cherries, fading to smoked caramel, and the finish is rich with brown sugar. The colour is a deep golden chestnut.
