A white wine from Sicily, made exclusively from organic Zibibbo grapes.
It has a bright golden yellow colour. On the nose there are ripe exotic fruits such as mango and papaya, white flowers and aromatic herbs. On the palate the natural sweetness is balanced by lively acidity, with mature fruit and a slight minerality.
It suits light fish starters, fresh cheeses and aperitifs.
