An American whiskey from 10th Street Distillery, bottled at 44% ABV. It is made with 100% peated malt, and unique cuts are taken during distillation, giving malty, smoky character that lingers.
The nose is sour, with bright citrus, vanilla and peat over heavy mesquite smoke. The palate is sweet, with blackberry, brown sugar, honey and molasses, alongside bran cereal and burnt chocolate. The finish is smooth and lingers on the sides and back of the tongue.
