The Cooper's Cask is a limited release of single malt Scotch whisky from 1770 Glasgow, the brand of the Glasgow Distillery Company, which was founded in 2014. It comes in a 50cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in selected casks and made in collaboration with experienced coopers.
The nose combines ripe fruit, vanilla, spice and a hint of smoke. On the palate it is full and velvety, with dark chocolate, toffee, oak and fine spice. The finish is long, with a touch of citrus and a pleasant sweetness.
