1792 Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, bottled at 46.85% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The name marks the year Kentucky became the 15th state of the United States.
It is made with a high-rye mash bill and matured in new charred American oak barrels.
The flavour is described as caramel, vanilla, brown sugar and toasted oak, with cinnamon, black pepper and baking spice running alongside.
