2XO Oak Series American Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon, a blend whose bold notes of vanilla and caramel come from a secondary addition of highly charred white oak introduced toward the end of maturation.
Those sweeter flavours form a complex balance with the spice notes from the rye in the mash bill. The bourbon is bottled as part of the Oak Series from 2XO Whiskey.
Tasting Notes
Bold vanilla and caramel, balanced by rye spice
