Pinhook Straight Rye Whiskey Green (75cl, 48.5%)

Pinhook Straight Rye Whiskey Green is a straight rye bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is the first straight rye whiskey made under the Pinhook name, and it has more than 24 months of barrel age. It was blended and proofed by Sean Josephs at Castle & Key Distillery in Millville, Kentucky. Pinhook releases a new bourbon and rye each autumn, and each edition is tied to a promising young thoroughbred horse shown on the label. The nose offers fresh apples, liquorice root and cinnamon stick. The palate is rich, with brown sugar, candied black liquorice, vanilla bean, raisins and dried apricot.
