Buffalo Trace Kosher High Rye Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon made by Buffalo Trace Distillery in partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council. It is a rye recipe bourbon, made with the same grains as Buffalo Trace Bourbon and aged for seven years in barrels designated as Kosher.
It was bottled at 47% ABV in a 75cl bottle, after the bottling lines were cleaned to avoid any contact with non-Kosher spirits. It is released after Passover each year. The taste is balanced, smooth and complex.
