Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a deep amber whiskey bottled at 45% ABV, here in a large 1.75 litre bottle. It is the signature bourbon of Buffalo Trace Distillery, which stands on the banks of the Kentucky River and has made bourbon there for more than 200 years.
The nose combines vanilla, mint and molasses. Sweet on the palate, it shows brown sugar and spice, then moves to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. The finish is long and smooth.
