Buffalo Trace White Dog Mash No1 is a white dog from Buffalo Trace, bottled at 62.5% ABV in a 375ml bottle. White dog is the name early Kentucky pioneers gave to the clear, unaged spirit they drank straight from the still, with a hint of sweet corn.
It is described as rich and smooth, with flavours of bread dough, popcorn, toasted grains and apples, and hints of tropical fruit. The palate is syrupy and sweet, with heavy spice midway through and a touch of barley.
