Buffalo Trace – O.F.C. 1995 Vintage Bourbon (75cl, 45%)

Buffalo Trace O.F.C. 1995 Vintage is a bourbon distilled in 1995, bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It honours the O.F.C. Distillery, a National Historic Landmark known today as Buffalo Trace Distillery. Each bottle in the O.F.C. vintage series is hand-cut crystal and dated for the year in which the bourbon was distilled. The name comes from the landmark's original one. Tasting notes describe cherry cordial on the nose, then caramel and slightly smoked oak. The palate brings dark chocolate, tobacco leaves and dates, followed by a lingering finish of leather, black pepper and cinnamon.
