Sazerac Full Proof is a Kentucky straight rye from Buffalo Trace Distillery, in a 75cl bottle. It is bottled at 125 proof (62.5% ABV), which brings out the spicy, peppery and dry character of the Sazerac Rye style.
The nose has rye spice, fresh dill, smoky oak and warm spice. The palate opens with a smooth sweetness, followed by floral and herbal notes, with rich oak and rye grain throughout. The finish is lightly peppery, with a late rye spice that lingers gently.
