2XO The Tribute Blend is a small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 50% ABV. It is made in Kentucky from selected barrels chosen for complementary flavour profiles, then blended.
As a straight bourbon it is distilled and aged in new charred American oak and matured in Kentucky rickhouses. Its mash bill is at least 51% corn, with rye and malted barley adding structure and spice.
The nose is warm, with caramelised sugar, vanilla bean and toasted oak, plus brown spice, dried fruit and a hint of toffee. The palate opens with butterscotch and dark honey before oak spice, cinnamon and black pepper. The finish is long and warm, with oak, spice and subtle fruit sweetness.
