Aalborg Porse Snaps (70cl, 40%)

Aalborg Porse Snaps is a Danish spiced snaps launched in 1965, rooted in the country's tradition of flavouring snaps with herbs. Using porse in drinks is an old Danish custom. It is made from an extract of porse from Lille Vildmose, flavoured with sherry and a rosemary distillate, and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The flavour is led by fresh, herbal porse with a touch of rosemary, and the finish carries discreet notes of caramel and honey. Served with cheese, from mature cheese to blue.
