Aberargie Expressions Laureate is a Lowland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 48.2% ABV. It is made entirely from Laureate barley, a variety the expression is meant to showcase.
The whisky matured in first-fill casks: 32% bourbon and 68% sherry, a blend balanced with care.
On the palate it is bright and expressive, with candied orange peel and dried fruit, joined by fresh orchard fruit. The finish is long and honeyed.
