Aberfeldy – 12 Year Old (70cl, 40%)

This is a 12-year-old single malt from Aberfeldy, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is the distillery's own bottling of a malt that mainly goes into Dewar's blends, matured in Bourbon and Sherry casks. After twelve years it is round and balanced, fruity and without smokiness. The bottle itself is low and rounded in shape. The nose is spicy and fruity. The palate brings more fruit, with vanilla and sweetness, and the finish is sweet.
