Refill bourbon barrel
A 12 year old Highland single malt from Aberfeldy, bottled by North Star Spirits as Cask Series 27 to mark the company's 10th anniversary. It was distilled in February 2014 and matured in a single refill bourbon barrel. It is bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. The cask brings notes of citrus and delicate peppery spice, balanced against the naturally sweet, malty character of the spirit.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
