Aberfeldy – 16 Year Old (70cl, 40%)

Aberfeldy 16 Years Old is a Highland single malt from Scotland, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is part of The Last Great Malts series. The whisky matured in both bourbon and sherry casks, giving a balance between sweetness and spice. The nose recalls raisins, cinnamon, butterscotch and caramel. The palate brings fresh apple, honey-soaked oak and ginger, and the finish is of medium length with oak notes.
