Aberfeldy 21 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the Aberfeldy distillery, which has been operating since 1898. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
After 21 years of maturation it shows a Highland character built on heather honey, nutty malt and zesty fruit, with a deeper layer of dried fruits and delicate smoke.
In the tasting notes, heather honey leads, joined on the palate by creamy macadamia nuts and chewy beeswax. Orange, dried fruits, toasted coconut and silky oak follow, with a trace of smoke.
