An eleven-year-old Aberlour single malt, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2026 by Uncharted Whisky under the name Ace of Speys. It is bottled at cask strength.
The nose is fresh, with pear drops, dried mango and juicy pineapple, followed by butterscotch and light oak spice. On the palate it is creamy, with baked apple, brown sugar and more tropical fruit, while spicy oak gives it structure.
The finish is medium to long, moving from tropical fruit sweetness to butterscotch and warming wood spice.
