Absolut Elyx Single Estate Vodka (42.3%)

Absolut Elyx Single Estate Vodka is a vodka produced entirely from single-estate winter wheat grown on the historic Råbelöf Estate in southern Sweden. It is distilled in a rare 1921 copper still and uses pure Swedish water. The production emphasises sustainability, consistency and quality, with full control from seed to spirit. Rather than stripping character away, Elyx is crafted to preserve subtle texture and natural grain expression. The nose has subtle aromas of fresh grain, white bread, soft vanilla and a hint of citrus peel, with light mineral notes. The palate is exceptionally smooth and silky, with gentle wheat sweetness, creamy texture, vanilla custard, almond and faint pepper warmth. The finish is long, soft and pristine.
