Absolut Tabasco Vodka (40%)

Absolut Tabasco Vodka is a flavoured vodka from Absolut's distillery in Åhus, Sweden. It begins with winter wheat and spring water, then is infused with Tabasco pepper flavouring. The infusion is blended into the finished vodka rather than forced into the distillate, giving a controlled, layered profile where piquant spice sits alongside Absolut's smoothness. It is intended for neat sipping, on ice or in savory cocktails. The nose is bright and aromatic with fresh peppercorn, mild chili warmth, smoky vinegar, floral grain and green herb. The palate is smooth and pepper-anchored, opening with gentle heat.
