Absolut Peppar Vodka (75cl, 38%)

Absolut Peppar is a flavoured vodka from the Absolut family, produced in Åhus, Sweden. Introduced in 1986, it was one of Absolut's first flavoured vodkas and the first clear flavoured vodka imported into the U.S. It is made from Absolut's usual base of winter wheat and pure water, infused with natural pepper flavour from black pepper, chilli or jalapeño and green bell pepper. The result is a peppery, spicy vodka with a clean base and lingering warmth. Bright pepper notes lead on the nose, with black peppercorn, green bell pepper and subtle chilli. The palate is peppery and spicy with a smooth mouthfeel, and the finish is clean with lingering spice.
