Acquavite di Pesche Distilleria Giovi (50cl)

This peach eau de vie from Distilleria Giovi starts with late peaches from Leonforte, grown in the centre of Sicily using the bagging technique. After fermentation of the fruit it is slowly distilled, giving an aromatic, intense spirit that is sweet yet balanced. The nose is fine and elegant, with ripe yellow-fleshed peaches, then rose water and fresh grass. The palate is aromatic and well balanced, with a long finish.
