Distilleria Giovi Vodka Premium (70cl)

This is a vodka from Distilleria Giovi in Italy, made from carefully selected Sicilian grain. Alongside wheat it uses maize, malt, yeast, water and pure grain alcohol at 96 degrees. It is distilled in wood-fired discontinuous copper stills and then rested for about four months in stainless steel. The nose opens with delicate floral notes, followed by coriander and smoked wood. The palate is round, warm, sweet and smooth, with a aftertaste of cloves and aniseed and a good length.
