This is a 14 year old Glen Garioch single malt from the Highlands, distilled in 2011 and matured in a single first fill bourbon barrel. Adelphi selected cask 928 and bottled it in 2026 at its natural strength of 57.6%, without chill filtration or added colour. The cask yielded 217 bottles, and this one is 70cl.
The nose is fruity, with vanilla, caramel, ripe pear, apple and a little coconut, with the malt still present. The palate is full and oily, with toffee, orchard fruit, toasted oak and spice. The finish is long and warm, with pepper, vanilla and lingering wood.
